PSS = product safety services

PSS is the assurance for the produced merchandise to be in compliance to the applicable safety standards and all buyer¡¯s requirements.

The PSS has to be implemented in the earliest stage in to the buyers purchase activities to guarantee your shipment is as scheduled.
Our PSS is a combination of 3 services:

1.Construction Check (CC)
verifies if the product construction, the used components and its materials are in compliance with the issued certificates of a certification body (CE, UL & others).

2. During production inspection DUPRO is conducted on site on the shop floor in the factory at the beginning of mass production. This include as well the verification of the final packing and a drop test according ISTA Standard.

3.Final Random inspection (FRI)

is performed as well on site on the shop floor at the factory when 100 % of the merchandise is packed for the shipment.
The products are reviewed, a function test is performed according on a specified sample size (AQL level) or the buyers specific requirements.

Also packing materials and instruction manuals inspected as well and we perform a drop test according the ISTA standard.
Pema issue on each of its services a separate conclusive photo document- ted report 24h afterwards, indicating all recommended improvements and the results.
The buyer can see very detailed his merchandise and now before shipment already what he has to expect!
